Stillsamt Naturelopement Med Vigsel I Solnedgången

I dagens blogginlägg får vi följa med Eric och Jenna på deras bröllopsdag. De valde efter många om och men att gifta sig ute i naturen, på en underbar plats bland bergen. De sa ja till varandra samtidigt som solen gick ner och spred ett underbart ljus över miljön. I sin helhet blev parets elopement en stillsam, intim och magisk dag.

Tillsammans med bilder från McKenzie Bigliazzi Photography ska vi även få ta del av en liten berättelse från brudgummen Eric om hur han träffade sin fru. Vi får också läsa om vägen fram till deras elopement som var en omtumlande och något snårig planering som ledde fram till den stora dagen. Nu spanar vi in det!

Eric: We met through mutual friends (my roommates girlfriend at the time). Jenna was on a “girls only” night out when my roommate suggested we go meet them for a drink. I was reluctant to go but was essentially dragged along. Jenna and I caught each other’s eyes the moment I walked into the bar and we ended up talking to each other for hours about work, hobbies, and friends. The rest is history.

Eric: Eloping was not our original plan. We had initially planned a small wedding with our immediate families in Lake Como, Italy. Unfortunately, the world shut down in the wake of Covid-19 that we had to go to plan B - a family only wedding in Beaver Creek Colorado. However, that too got cancelled due to covid cautions and logistics with immune compromised family traveling. So plan C then came into view - a backyard wedding with our families in our hometown, Nashville. Ultimately, that too got cancelled for the same reason. By this point, Jenna and I were so frustrated after planning and canceling 3 weddings that we decided to take this leap together by ourselves in our favorite place: the mountains. Enter Simply Eloped. We are so grateful for the experience we had. It was simple, special, low stress, and everything we wanted out of our special day.
We knew we wanted to get married in the mountains. Having been to Colorado once before, we remembered how inspired we were to be amongst such amazing landscapes. So that really narrowed down our search until we came across pictures of the Lost Gulch. The panorama from previous elopements there made us fall in love with that location.
